PURE LAB is a skincare studio in Tallinn as well as a shop. Everything below is carried out by our own cosmetologists, with the same professional brands we sell.

Times are approximate. How long an appointment actually takes depends on the skin in front of us — a first cleansing often runs longer than a repeat one.
Deep cleansing
The groundwork. Congested skin does not respond well to anything else, so this is usually where a course begins.
Mechanical cleansing
The classic: skin is softened, then comedones and blockages are cleared by hand, and the skin is calmed and protected afterwards. Slower than a machine and more thorough with it.

Mechanical + ultrasonic cleansing
Ultrasound lifts the surface layer and loosens what sits in the pores, so the manual part is shorter and gentler. A good compromise for skin that reddens easily.

Mechanical cleansing + acid peel
An acid is worked in first to dissolve the bonds between dead cells, which makes the clearing itself far easier on the skin. Finishes brighter and more even than cleansing alone.

For a first visit. The cosmetologist reads the skin, explains what it actually needs, and carries out a treatment chosen on the spot rather than booked blind.

PCA Skin’s three-step oxygenating protocol, aimed at congested and uneven skin that also needs brightening.

Express acid facial
Half an hour: cleanse, a measured acid, calm, protect. For when there is no time and the skin needs to look awake this evening.

Peels and resurfacing
Controlled removal of the worn surface so the skin rebuilds it better. Strength is chosen for the skin, not for the season alone.
Chemical peels
Glycolic, salicylic, lactic, mandelic and their blends — the acid and the strength are chosen at the appointment, after the skin has been looked at.

BioRePeel
A biphasic TCA peel that works from the inside out: the formula reaches the deeper layers while the surface is left intact, so there is the stimulation of a peel without the flaking. Amino acids and vitamins go in with it.

Dermaplaning + acid peel
A sterile blade takes off dead cells and vellus hair, and the acid then reaches skin with nothing in its way. Make-up sits differently afterwards — that is the part most people notice first.

Bio-revitalisation and needling
Work at the level of the dermis, through micro-channels or with no needle at all. This is where the most visible changes come from, and where a course matters most.
PRX-T33
Bio-revitalisation without needles. TCA is held back at the surface by hydrogen peroxide, so it reaches the dermis and stimulates it while the epidermis is spared; kojic acid evens the tone. No peeling and no restrictions on sun afterwards.

Microneedling with serum
Fine needles open micro-channels; the skin answers by building collagen, and the serum goes in through the channels rather than sitting on top. The serum is chosen for the concern.

The same needling with an acid instead of a serum — stronger, aimed at texture, scarring and pigment. Expect a day or two of redness.

Needling without a needle: microscopic spicules from freshwater sponge are massaged in and act as millions of tiny channels. The skin sheds them over the following days and renews itself as it does.

Our strongest regenerative treatment. Exosomes carry the signalling molecules that tell skin cells to repair, and the micro-channels put them where they can act.

PDRN is a regenerative molecule long used to help tissue repair itself. Here it is delivered without injection, over face and neck together.

RF lifting
Radiofrequency warms the deeper layers to the point where existing collagen contracts and new collagen is laid down over the weeks that follow. It feels like a warm massage and leaves nothing to recover from.

OxyGeneo Pollogen
Three things in one pass: the surface is exfoliated, a reaction on the skin produces CO₂ bubbles that draw oxygen to the area, and actives are worked in while that is happening.

Hands only. The least technological thing we do and, for some skin, the one that changes the most.
HIRO massage
Spanish chiromassage of the face, neck and décolleté. Worked entirely by hand, it moves muscle as well as skin — which is why it is often called a manual facelift. Deeply relaxing as a side effect rather than the point.
