After your treatment

A treatment is half the work. The other half happens at home during the first week, while the skin is thinner and more sensitive than usual – and that is what decides how long the result lasts.

This page is a general guide. Your cosmetologist comes first: if they said otherwise, do as they said.

The first days, whatever the treatment

  • Wash with lukewarm water and a gentle cleanser.
  • A calming, restorative cream – the barrier needs support.
  • SPF 50 every morning, cloudy days included.
  • Acids, retinol and scrubs only once your cosmetologist says so.
  • Sauna, pool and sweaty training can wait a couple of days.
  • After needling, no makeup for the first day.

After a cleansing

The skin is open and quick to redden. It needs calm, not new actives.

After peels and acid treatments

The outer layer is thinner; the sun is the main enemy this week.

After microneedling, PRX-T33 and exosomes

The first 24 hours: cleansing, a restorative cream and nothing else.

After device treatments

Moisture is the main need: the skin loses more of it than usual.

For sensitive and reactive skin

When redness will not settle or the skin stings more than it should.
